Great to see you Henwife, Fenn and I stopped off at Adele's on the way back and Fenn couldn't resist a partridge silkie she saw.
ViciJP - shame we missed you, next time we will all have to wear PK badges or something |

I made it there for all of 10 minutes.
Mixture of jetlag lurgy cold and being in a mood due to me being home and my suitcases still being in New York apparently. Its always me!
Its a bit crowded in there for me especially since i usually dont have a clue what im looking at. I saw the silkie and pekins with the eggs.. Im glad they went to a nice home. We stopped off at Poultry park on the way home and ended up with 3 more girls and a bag of grit which i had actually gone in there for. I was looking around for PK members but tend to think of people from forums looking like there avatars which didnt help me much
Welshduck i got your PM and will give you a call this week and take you up on your kind offer and arrange to visit ( and no doubt get into ducks as well)

I like Hereford market because its where I bought my first birds 22 years ago. I was only 13 and came home with a quartet of Khaki Cambells. My parents told me it would be a seven day wonder. They have been eating those words ever since. I've met so many lovely people through the sales and made many friends all over the country
I remember they bought me an incubator and I hatched out about 200 in my first year, I raised them in our piggery pens. It was great for ducks as has concrete sloping floors They all went back through Hereford market during the summer holidays |

| Does that mean you might have some LF Welsummer hatching eggs available? They were the only ones I failed to get. |

| Short grey/blonde hair and always dressed in navy - that's me, and congenitally unobservant! Known to the 'porters' as Mrs Furnace! You're possibly right - I notice redheads because I have a red headed son. |
