I would hazard a guess that since they're hybrids, they won't go broody easily.

I've had several ex batts go broody and they make good mums too. But you won't get as many broody ex batts as pure breeds.

thanks it is not something i will be trying to achieve just yet but eventually my kids will win and want to have chicks
