Residents are 2 ducks and 1 drake. Should I move her now (she has been there 2 weeks now ) or wait till the ducklings hatch? She is very defensive and the ducks are leaving her alone at the moment in fact they are laying as far away as possible I do have a spare ark at the moment but don't want to stop her sitting. She hatched last August. If 2 of you can do the move, so much the better, one holding the banty whilst the other moves the eggs to the new "nest", then pop her back with the eggs. Shouldn't be a problem. She is very protective of them, but will try and take a photo later on. Ducks take longer than 2 weeks to hatch! Was going to take piccies today but no batteries in camera Have now counted 4 ducklings, Banty won't let me move her. But they look so cute little heads popping out of her feathers !
