| My hens also have ad-lib layers pellets,grit and fresh water and they all self regulate, they also free range so pick up bugs and worms off the ground( these are laying hens not meat birds) |

| debbie grit comes from gamme verte or a brico ..even a big supermarket or gardencenter....gravillions pour poules....it has a picture of oyster shells on a poly bag |
