I'm starting this thread for people to add photos of their set ups to as we often have members asking what other people have. It may be an idea for mods to move the photos only to a locked thread so we can see them without the chat and let this thread continue with people able to add questions, etc. What do you think?

I think its a great idea. Would you like to take some from my gallery, or should I put a few here?

I think it will be easier if people post their own pics rather than me having to go looking for them! Wink

My set up:

Waterer - moved up when the ducks were in there, but now keeps them from kicking the bedding in!

The large nest box:

Smaller 12" nest boxes - all had hay when I went for the camera!

Cheap feeders:

Ok heres mine, though plenty have seen these pics already.

THE RUN

THE BATHROOM

THE DINING AREA

STAIRS TO PERMANENTLY OPEN POP HOLE

LAYING QUATERS (being shown by the real Bhindi)

THE BEDROOM

OUTSIDE ACCESS TO NEST BOXES

These are quite old pics now, but I'm pleased to say all but 2 plants are thriving, (The 2 that died are both escalonia's.)

I will eventually take a pic of the other half of the brick built bit, that now sports a sink with hot and cold running water, and cupboards below, because I was getting grumbled at for my dirty foot prints in the kitchen when washing up bowls etc.

So I'm self contained in there now. (Have not got the kettle yet, but I'm planning on getting one) Laughing

Thats a great run! So much space and it looks really interesting inside too.My main concern is that you seem to have stolen my cat Laughing . I have a cat that looks exactly the same as yours.

Kitsune thanks for the info on posting images.....derr.... what's photobucket ? Thought I was pretty good on the internet and PCs, do it all day at work, but haven't a clue what you are talking about !! When I upload onto ebay just do it through a browser, but I don't have access to a web page other than our FTP site at work and I don't think they would be too happy me uploading images of chicken coops onto that site !!

Everybody seems to be putting photos onto this site, please let me know how to do it - by way of an idiot's guide !

Seems I am learning more than I bargained for in this forum, it's all good stuff ! Must be able to let you see pics of my first chicks, if I get any.

Awaiting a reply with eager anticipation !

Many thanks, Lynda Laughing Oh yes why can't I get smilies like everybody else? I haven't disabled it by ticking the box. Oer, so new to this game !
