| I am about to, try, and build a coop for bringing on older chicks, nothing special, a large square box with roosts, a pop hole plus a door for cleaning. I've aleady got a reasonable sized run so only need to make the house. They will be going in with the other chooks at around 12 weeks so will be in it for only about 4 weeks. I have 10 chicks already that will need to go out in about 6 weeks but, hopefully another 12 soon (the first 10 will be in with the others before the next lot go in) so my question is - how big, considering that any cockerels will not be going in? |

| I'd say 3ft x 2ft since they will still be pretty small. |
