I've ordered one from Amazon, used the link on here.
Ducks do have an egg tooth, it will be white when it's grown but yellow at the moment, I'm not sure when they change colour.
They grow alot quicker than chicks, I have 2 three week olds as well and they are enormous.
It's in with the chicks at the moment.

Do ducks have a "pecking order" i.e. can they be as nasty as chickens ?

No pecking order...just don't try to seperate! They go into a tail spin and the noise can be deafening!!! Shocked Very Happy

The drakes usually smart off to one another, but I have never seen mine actually have a go at it.

My little guys are HUGE already! They are about the size of a bantam hen right now!!!! Shocked And they are only about 3 weeks old. Cute little tail feathers are starting finally.

They do normally all get along ......until the mating season!!! then its a free for all for violence and silliness.
Our boys are constantly harassing the females for, you know what, often two on one and they get very carried away so they can kill the females inadvertently. We had to rescue one cambell duck from being totally submerged in a mud pool by too amorous males.
Wee g had 2 of his female call ducks drowned in the pond by males trying to mate them and they just would not give up despite all the shooing and throwing of sticks to get them to leave them alone.
They finally did when they had had their fun and the two ducks had drowned.
Our boys forget their limitations too and are often trying to mount the brecon buff goose -3 times the size of them!!,she gets really fed up and is so timid she won't stand up to them she just runs away when they get on hotly pusued by these hot heads.
But apart from that they all get on great and are inseperable and all sleep in the same shed at night....with the turkeys too...its a big shed and they are all quite happy.
