I have just started introducing growers pellets to my chick feed for my chicks. I would like to know from anyone please what extras I can give them. I have tried mashed potato and that was a hit, lettuce was good and cabbage. They also have some corn. They are free range in my garden so they get loads of other nibbles, I just want to spoil them!

My ducks are only 7 days old but do like a bit of pond weed! What extras can I give them. Oh and they quite like lettuce too!

the correct answer is .....................nothing .................let them get used to the growers for a month before treats and then sparingly
