Hello I'm new to this chicken-keeping thing and am finding some parts of it to be quite expensive! I have a house and run but would like to let my girls run more freely whenever possible but just this week have spotted a fox in the garden! So I have it in my head to build a secure chicken pen myself. Not sure how high a fox can jump so either need to a) put a lid on it or b) build it with high sides. I'd also like to move it about the garden a bit if possible so not too big! Does anyone have a plan for one about 2mx3m that I could use, please? Thanks! Great site by the way Very Happy

a lid on top is a good idea................build boxes out of pallets cover in wire netting fix 2 drawer handles opposite ends for ease of movemnt............the weight will be enough so wind or mr fox cant tip them over
