I had this today, my first ever goat. It tasted of goat Confused

Why did I think that it would be like lamb? Why did I not think about the similarities to goats cheese which I don't like? Will I have it again? Not through choice, although I not would decline if it was served to me unasked.
It was tender, and plenty of it....just not for me Sad

I have only had it curried in Jamaica, but it was good

I have no idea Suz (it was in a restaurant).....I guess it was unrung, as I know you have said the wethers don't smell. This was definately goaty Very Happy

what a lot of people do is to unring them and use them on the next service and then they go to the great resurant in the sky ,this is smaller places ,but goat is a bit gamey
