These are really good Nanny. I have done 12 regular eggs and bottled them and left them in the Cave to mature. I also did quails eggs in the same way for an aperitiv for my Danish friends and they really raved about them. My french neighbour was sceptical at first but then decided she liked them and came over yesterday for the recipe. A great success, thankyou for sharing. Viv

It's okay...I have some eggs boiling now, and will pop out and buy some onions and cider vinegar to make my own.

Friends coming from the UK on Tuesday, so they will be the testers Very Happy

I'm sure you will be pleased. They tasted good and looked sensational. I did little cubes of rye bread, a bit of lettuce and then skewered the egg to the bread. V. attractive Very Happy Very Happy Viv

Oops..I didn't take photos, they weren't very photogenic.
They looked like they'd still got the shells on!

They went down okay, I can't say I am fussed about them, there are 2 left, which I epect we'll eat if we're desperate. I like my eggs "real" so these don't do it for me Confused
