Been discussing with a friend what to do with my two buck kids when they slaughtered in a few weeks time

he suggested Isi-Ewu. Goat's head stew

Mind you, I think the picture is a wind up as the recipe clearly states:-

Singe the hairs off the head and legs of the goat (after slaughtering). Scrape and singe until all the hairs are off.

it's one of the foods i don't do ,
when i was little nona said dinner was cooking and i lifted the lid on a saucepan and a sheeps head was staring at me ,it put me off for life Embarassed

I was very fond of sheep's head stew as a child - you can't buy sheep's head now of course, another thing the nanny state has stopped.

I do have half a pig's head in the freezer from which I shall make brawn in the summer. Mmmmm, can't wait!

You can buy sheeps brains quite easily here in Sweden. Can't say I've seen the whole head, but brains are no problem.
