Anyone have a nice recipe that uses this?
I have loads of the crunchy stuff left in a jar & the boys seem to have gone off PB sandwiches at the moment.

Hate to waste it... Embarassed

Thai Chicken
8 chicken thighs
1 lb chopped onions
2 cloves garlic crushed
4oz crunchy peanut butter
2 cans chopped toms
2 tsp Turmeric
2tsp cumin
1tsp Cardamon seeds crushed
1 tsp chilli powder or dried chillies
2tsp sugar brown is best
4tbls wine or cider vinegar
5tbls soy sauce
mix all ingredients for sauce together and pur over chicken
cook either oven 2 hours 160C with a lid or covered in foil
8-10 hours in slow cooker
or 15 mins on high pressure in pressure cooker serve with rice and side dishes you would have with a curry

This is a firm favourite in our house and has been for 25+ years Very Happy

Damn! I have no cumin or cardamon. Guess what's on the shopping list for tomorrow? Wink Laughing

I'll also have to search the links Tony posted to see if there's anything else I can do easily.
