Chicken nuggets

Almond flour (you can take slivered almonds and grind them up in a food processor, just don't grind too much or you get almond butter ) or you can use rice flour or any other flour you prefer.

chicken
crushed fresh garlic
sea salt
pepper
paprika
dried parsley
eggs

organic tomato sauce (if you want dipping sauce)

Combine nut flour, crushed fresh garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika and dried parsley flakes. Dip bite-sized pieces of chicken in the beaten egg, then roll in the nut-flour mixture. Fry in olive oil. After you take the chicken out of the pan, pour out the leftover oil and you can warm tomato sauce in the warm pan for about 10 seconds to heat.

We were given these the other day, and I have just finished eating ones I've made....seriously delicious and a feeling a fast food without the fast or poor quality

Thanks NannyP, I'll try these as while I'm sworn off standard chicken - my two and four year olds love McDs and get it once a month. I might be able to offer these as an alternative.
