Hmmm, the website looks interesting, Heather! I must look for something like that here in Australia. I am sure there is unpasturised milk available here. I would love to try it.

We had unpasteurised milk when we were kids; then the new regs meant the local farmer had to sell his milk to the central dairy for pasteurising. We then switched to gold top milk ... and all grumbled like hell about the "watery" milk!! The difference between the two was about the same as the difference between gold top and whole milk now ... only obviously that much creamier again. Lovely stuff!!
