Ok, before everyone gets excited...the mare I was not expecting to foal for another couple weeks, had her's last night.

Imagine my surprise to come out and find a filly in the other pasture!!

She is a light sand color with a big white splotch on her forehead and on her nose. Her mane and tail are black.

Will bring the digital home at lunch to take pics and post them for you.




(Yes!!!!! Tippy is STILL waiting to have her's! By the looks of things, she will have twins compared to the mare that foaled last night!)

excellent news Deb ~ at least you won't be pacing the bedroom floor waiting for this one.
Maybe Tippy will want to copy and have hers tonight ~ we live in hope !

oh, she's beautiful, Deb ~ will she stay that colouring ~ what colour was the dad ?
Have you taken Tippy to see her ~ so she can see what she's missing ?
