We ordered it on the 20th, anyway Pat phoned them today to ask where it was and they said they would dispatch it today As you can imagine (or perhaps you can't) but the phone line would have gone red hot with him having a go at them They say it will turn up in the morning! Week and a half later - I remembered to phone him - 'umm sorry I didn't do that did I?' He looked into it - only been ordered that day! Many apologies and I am getting it free!
