Perfect Poultry from Readers Digest. This is a really nice book cookery book.

Each recipe has a full page colour photo and the photography is beautiful

The recipes are not outlandish but dishes that I would like to cook. Theres good info on nutrition with each recipe and ways in which you can change or add things to make a different dish

I paid £7.49 for it today from a garden centre so it might be about cheaper.
