H5 though which is not good news. A Turkey farm (again) on the Norfolk/Suffolk borders - all East Anglia needs at the moment.

This one is very close to me - it is at Redgrave Park only- 5km. The farm is adjacent to a large lake frequented by swans, geese etc.

No live poultry gatherings and most of East Anglia subject to restrictions. What can one say? this is pretty well a death blow to east anglian poultry farmers I guess (I don't mean the B*****d Matthews of this world either).

Country is locking down... the latest murmuring I hear from DEFRA is that they're "working on a strong suspicion of H5N1".
