Many thanks to all those who have researched and contributed these links, there is a lot of really useful information here. Feel free to add links to this thread, we can move them to the relevant section of the thread or they can stand alone if you prefer.

I am going to try to move the useful links to more appropriate sections so they are used more often. Please feel free to add more either here or in the other forums.

I realised too late that by copying and pasting I was deleting the name of the original poster of the 'useful links', this was unintentional - a duh! moment. Thanks to all who have researched the links and shared them with us - I hope you will continue to do so. They are now in the forums - sticky topics, hope this helps!
