I roasted it when all the family were here and it was really good. I bought braising steak, mince, sirloin, topside and the rib roast. It was all well packed and the whole service was brilliant. I prefer it to most joints of beef, cooking it just like Gilly C does....with Mash spud & yorkshire puds !!! I love braising steak better than roasts and like you said Knobby, with mash and Yorkshires one of the bests meals ever, and as Aunie Noo said, the smell of it cooking when you come home to it for dinner is very much part of the pleasure.
