Lis....could you not just divide off the shed and your coop so
they have half of each, each?

If you get what I mean.

I'll post pics of mine from the auction on Tuesday as promised.

This is what Gray made for me to introduce new birds for me!! It also has a roof over the run so broody hens and chicks and sick birds are kept dry. I find the hinged roofs make it easy to remove any birds with less stress as its easy to bend and lift them straight up. Also cleaning is easier. Yes it is tanalised ship lap which is hardy and strong especially being outside for foxes and vermin!! the tanalising is a good deterrant for creepy crawlies!!! The tanalising also guarantees the timber for 20 years. Arks made correctly are also great. He has made me one of those if you want to see a picture let me know. I think anything you want to make to suit yourself and your chooks would be absloutely fine. I just thought this may give you an idea.. as I know this one works....!!!!

Luv Jules

Ooooo nice piccies, thanks. I like the hinged top - does look like it makes for nice and easy access. And the internal panel near the pop hole - I bet that reduces drafts inside.

Looks lovely too!

Thanks for posting Very Happy
