Just been given a couple of chick waterers by someone that has given up keeping his birds. They were set onto margarine tubs which had stones in them to weight them. It raises the water to the right height for growing chicks and because it is weighted they can't knock it over. I thought it was a great idea. I have one set into a lower vitalite tub for the ducks just now - they will soon be needing the higher stork tub.

Just these ones summayah but they fit into the marg tubs to give extra height - I thought it was a great idea, up until now I have been putting the water up on blocks of wood or concrete blocks to raise it up for the chicks to use and to stop them filling it with their bedding.

I thought it was just my little critters that did that !!!
