Hunt meet in the village today and the hounds were both sides of the valley (and through the garden). We can follow them simply by sound, and from the shots, they got at least one and possibly two foxes - with luck they'll now leave the poultry alone.

I find hunting such an emotive subject Confused I find myself instinctively disagreeing with it as a sport (as opposed to when it's a necessity) and yet my grandad was a huntsman - it's always been part of our family.
I'm lucky in that we simply don't get foxes in our area, so my thoughts on them are purely theoretical Smile
