thanks you'd be welcome as well better tidy up then and get tony to make another cake ,i've done cheese several times ,but need the reciepes
as the temps are slightly different for goats and cows ,and the ammount of starter ect ,
not sure who has the book as i offered it to deb but she said it'll be a while before she needs it,as hers haven't kidded yet
think it might be the chap up the road as his are just about to kid
told deb how much milk she is likely to get and she's panicking about what to do with it her daughter said don't worry i'll drink it, i want big muscles ,bed isn't very well feeling fluy at the moment |

Better make it a cheesecake!
You can freeze milk, but I'm not sure if that will help much if you're just getting more milk every day. You'd need a big freezer in the end! |

that was part of the plan ,
i'll stuggle after april
suki's line gives 16 pints day champion milking lines
holi should do 10 pints per day
and may should do about 12 per day
,so cheese cake is on the menu
along with rice pudding ,macronni cheese |
