Help needed quickly!!!
Does anybody know of a clotted cream cake recipe?
I'm sure I've read about one before but I've just trawled through my cook book collection & not found one yet. I also did a Google earlier but still nothing.
Does anyone have one, please?
Or any other recipe where I can use c.cream as I've been given 2 cartons of the stuff & won't be able to use it all up on scones with jam & cream before it goes off! |

It freezes ok for a short time. I made gooseberry icecream in the summer that had clotted cream in, so I suppose you could try that with some other fruit but other than the things you have thought off, cant help, sorry.
Can you sense I hate the stuff |

| I've just had an open sandwich with homemade lemon curd and clotted cream - spread thickly! yum! It's my Cornish upbringing - can't get enough of the stuff! |
