Has anyone ever heard of sheep getting high on willow? We pollarded a very old tree a few months ago and today my OH chopped some up for firewood. Now sheep love willow for the natural asprin in it and all of ours will nibble the leaves and bark but tonight they are playing in the sawdust like they are all bonkers!! Really Really happy sheep! Their behaviour isn't out of control but I have never seen them do it before - they are having real fun . |
