Roughly chop a big bunch and add to a big tub of cottage cheese and a tin of tuna. Lovely summer salad

i went on one of those herbalist demo thingys, apparently if you put loads into a jam jar and cover it in virgin olive oil and leave it for eons, the oil becomes really good for relieving bruises and problems like tennis elbow. You can try that one and I'm going to try the hops steeped in gin!! same process as the comfrey but supposedly a teaspoon of that a day relieves anxiety, hmm gin relieves anxiety, well it's worth a try I spose. now you come to mention it i am feeling rather anxious, don't know whether a teaspoon would be enough though......................................
