I've had Elk, Deer, Antelope, Cougar, wild rabbit, wild squirrel, and then all of the wild fowl, and Buffalo jerky....

The Buffalo jerky tasted like beef. Elk and Cougar tasted like beef. Deer and Antelope tasted like a cross between pork and beef, the rest tastes like gamey chicken.Very Happy

Gosh, lol, you have a very wide range of exotic meats in your freezer. I know feel so un-adventrous. Lol.
