Over the past few days I have noticed loads of little flies in chicken run and a few in coop they dont seem to bother the girls but are annoying me! what can I do to get rid of em they just look like little black flies

I got these aswell, they look just like flies but a lot smaller, Yesterday I
sprayed the place for red mite in the hope this will help, I'll let you know if it
works

They are here as well. They seem to like ammonia as they settle in the guinea pig house when it needs a clean....... Embarassed I hasten to add that Eric gets cleaned out very regularly and is a healthy happy gp!

Hi guys, you could try rubbing some citronella on the insides of the coup....it repels most insects.

Sure I read citronella is now on the "banned" list? I would use eucalyptus but I'm not sure it would be good for Eric.
