9 Days out of the incy and they are taking their first walk in the grass - under the watchful eye of their guard dog!

Won't try that with my 'guard' ferret, though! Sad

They are Cambars (a rare cross between the Barred Plymouth Rock and Campine) and they are supposed to be 'autosexing' - males have the straw heads and females dark with a white marking. There is however, some confusion about which markings denote which sex! Time will tell!

Wow - he is so similar to our dog, Ted.

I'm still trying to train him not to chase the hens though!
