a friend of mine had built up a lovely flock of chickens, only to discover them all killed this morning Crying or Very sad we think it was a pinemartin. Trouble is what does she do with them all?? unfortunately their house wasn't properly finished, so the pest found a way in, and now she has about 20 bodies to deal with. She is obviously very upset.

I don't know what to suggest - unless she knows of someone who has a dog who would appreciate some free food - it would obviously have to be someone happy with the processing as well...

If not the only things I can think of are - incineration though with 20 that would certainly take a while... vets would probably charge a bomb but it might be worth asking just to see.. or get in touch with an animal crematorium direct.

I don't think they'd be accepted at the local tip because of disease risk etc. though I don't really see how it's much worse than many other things that get thrown in the tip...

Wish I had more suggestions.. sorry..

That's awful, sorry to hear about it. If she's in a rural area perhaps a local farmer with a digger would bury them for her...?

her husband has a digger and buried them all in the end.
Feel sorry for my friends, they have to start again now.
