Now I want to branch into cold smoking. I've not got either a wood burning stove or a chimney in which to hang things, so I need to make a free-standing one for the back garden. How? Anyone got any plans/suggestions/measurements etc. Even better than that, anyone got one they want to sell for not a lot of money?
