We live on a windy site too and just erected a greenhouse we got from freecycle we built a base with concrete blocks then screwed in some 2" x 2" tanalised timber measured exactly ! to sit the greenhouse on which is also screwed through so if it goes the whole lot will go !!! ours is in the most sheltered part of the garden with the end on to the prevailing wind but we live on a headland by the sea so it is a quite windy spot to say the least ! we had 1 pane of glass to replace and we managed to break only one so quite pleased with ourselves remember to transport the glass standing on edge not flat ! we packed ours in 8's with string an card I got some new nuts and bolts, and glass clips from Wilkinsons Good Luck !
