Before I met Suz I would never have even thought of goats, let alone ended up with 2 possibly in kid nanny's
Now I'm wandering around in the middle of the night checking to see if they've kidded or not Rolling Eyes
this is worse than waiting for sheep to lamb - remind me I said that in 6 weeks Wink
My sleepless nights that usually start in the middle of march have begun already

they are gorgeous,
just means my 10 weeks of no sleep is extended by at least another 6 weeks this year Confused
At least I'll have a ready supply of milk for lambs this year Wink

Like last year I haven't got a clue when trudiewoo is due Evil or Very Mad
a stray ram got on the common grazing so it could be anytime from the 14th march till the middle of may
Knowing her she opened the gate for him Rolling Eyes Embarassed

yep ,
but you wait till you and the oh read about the reaseach that i've been reading about the productivness of rough grazing when combining goats with sheep on a 2 field system although ideally it would be 3 strip system Very Happy ,and the improvement of the grazing Very Happy Shocked Cool

my oh has been practising saying no to pigs ,as he has to go and buy silage tomorrow ,and the bloke has piglets

no i really don't think piglets will be along this year ,maybe next ,we'll see ,baby goats shouldn't be long looking at the bum on deb's goat
