Found this link while browsing today. Has some details about how changing what the birds eat can change the nutritional content of eggs and the colour of eggs yolks.

Kinda sums up what we probably know already ie you can only get good stuff out of the chicken if you put good stuff in to them in the first place Razz

Which reminds me - must go and start some more wheat sprouts Laughing
