Bl##dy foxes ,
one must have got in yesterday
he dug under my run which my light Sussex cockerel was in
killed him , partially eat another hen , feathers and carnage every wear .we have 3 traps set at various places but he just walked straight passed them, would you believe it
what makes me sick is you take every precaution and the bu##ers still kill your hens.
A WARNING TO YOU ALL!!! IT MUST BE CUB TIME AGAIN!!! |

Sorry about the attack BB. Now that they know where to find a meal, it might be best to run some electric fencing around the outside of the run.

| Sorry to hear about your loss. I don't think there is a guarenteed way of keeping foxes away from your hens. Only thing to do is make it as difficult/painful as possible. Electric mesh fencing has worked for us - so far. |

| Sorry for your loss.Put electricity around your pens and have the family urinate in a jar and pour that around the pens. Also play a radio inside the pens ---put it on a talk station. |
