No news on the marans, just gonna wait and see. maybe tomorrow, maybe someday.....
this is another dark shot, showing a little more of the Black Orp's backside, it will soon become her most recognised side. She is noisy when she is handled, blue one is quiet. Pekins are ickle Very Happy

Yep, a little, well alot, but she's been so docile, so she clucks and grumbles and then just puts up with it. I guess she got used to me poking around in there for eggs to candle.
The pekins are so hard to get hold of, they're right up inside her tail end Laughing

my pekins are five weks now and stil tiny compared to the others

Ive got a pekin in with the Buff Orps....he sticks up for himself very well....he even chases some of them away !
