| the usual remedy is Diatrom powder spread everywhere and a blowlamp (used with GREAT care) in all the nooks and crannys and along the perches |

| There is something on the market called "bug bomb" i think raid sell it , its like a red mite candle , you clear all the chooks away and then light it , it smokes out and kills everything. It worked wonders for me years ago when I had an aviary when I bred finches and cockatiels and quails. It left no residue as the quails who just ran around on the floor of the aviary never came to any harm , in fact bred better because of no infestation . I have the number of a shop that sells it if you want ... |
