you dont beat buns you pat them its much better,it says so in all the good cookery books
I can see Stephens cinnamon buns ending up in the sewer well all those the 'cat' and 'dog' have'nt eaten  |

ahh so that's where I go wrong!
Have to say tho seriously they do look very tasty, oh no here I go again, stoppit!!
I have made chelsea buns before and they look just like that but with fruit instead of cinnamon I will have to try them and report back. (I am trying out potential recipes for produce for the local Country Markets)

| No worries! We just fancied something hot and tasty on a Sunday morning, and it fitted the bill. I'd never made them before. The dough is very weird, though, compared to normal bread doughs. It's more like croissant dough. |
