I have just been looking at my rabbits, one is pregnant and due on the 22nd May, but I have just looked and found these in a nest under the straw/hay Laughing

I have only had her for 2 weeks, so she was obviously pregnant when I got her Shocked She was putting on a bit of weight (yes, I had got my scales out!) There are 5 babies what I can see - 2 white, 1 brown, 1 beige, forgot the other colour. I cleaned her out 6 days ago, so they are no older than that. I noticed she had made a nest, but only just pulled the fur away, and touched a little pink/white body!! Shocked Surprised

Here is the mum, her name is Chocolate Smile

She is a Netherland Dwarf - I thought she would be pregnant for 30 days or am I wrong?

I have 3 adults - 1 black Netherland Dwarf buck, 1 English Doe, and this one, plus 5 (I think) babies. They were moving rather quick, so piccie not too good. I think they still had their eyes shut Laughing

I have just spoken to the lady where I got this rabbit from. She thinks a Netherland cross has got in with her (although she didnt see it happen) and is the father of these babies Shocked Funnily enough he is white and ginger, which are two colours of the babies Very Happy She said she would take them back, but I am keeping them all (will sell them when they are old enough) Laughing
