Just to let you all know that I am the proud new owner of Nigel and Stephen's hens.
All 11 seem to be very happy and have settled in well. A couple have already worked out which the corn bag is in the shed and will happily perch on the edge and eat their fill.
They all get let out just about every day (weather permitting) and are waiting for me by the door of the run when I get to the allotment. All make a beeline for my red onions and set about pulling them up. Not the white or anything else down there, just red!?!
Even Mrs 80's is coming round to the idea (a bit late now, I know) and was spotted hand feeding them the other day. Bird phobia my foot! |

Glad you were able to take them as the boys did want them all to go together.
Maybe we could see some pics when you get round to it? (and some of Mrs.80's feeding them? ) |

Aw - thanks for the lovely update. So nice to hear they've settled in well. AND that they've cured Mrs 80's bird phobia |
