Take one leg of lamb. Stab it all over with a sharp knife. Into each cut, shove a slice of garlic clove. Then get a squeezy lemon or bottle of jif lemon juice.Pour about 2 tablespoonsful over the leg of lamb.Take one tablespoon of runny honey and drizzle that lightly over the joint, then take half a teaspoon of ground ginger and sprinkle over the joint. Chuck a little rosemary over and roast slowly in a covered dish uncover the dish 20 minutes before serving.
