Is there a medicine for ducks when they go off colour?

I lost a four week old appleyard today who looked peaky this morning and deteriorated during the day. The other two are fine. I am wondering why it died and if there is something I should have in, just in case.

Sorry to hear you lost your duckling. I'm also sorry I've never kept ducks, so have no idea. Hopefully someone will be along soon with some answers for you.
