I'm not sure if people understand the kind of hoe I'm talking about. Its not the kind you skim off weeds with. Its a bigger and different design that is used to turn the earth, in a simillar way that a spade would, but used differently (less bending than digging). Links were in my first post.
Once its cleared, and things are growing, then yes - something like a dutch hoe that just skims off the weeds to keep them under control will be ideal. |
