Mine would have to be Pekins and then maybe Rosecombs Laughing

Yep pekins for me too!...not sure what colour though as there are so many to chose from!

Favourite breed? That's a hard question to answer. Smile

Barnevelders, for their placid nature & lovely double laced feather markings.

Nankins, for their colour and character and just because they are small!

Marans for their cheekyness - always first to the food handouts!

Haven't had that many pure breeds, but all our chickens are lovely whatever they are! Very Happy

I like the dutch bantams

(and fresian fowl - are fresian fowl bantams??)

I love my Orps, and will let you know as the Pekins mature and I get to know them, I've read they are so friendly, so we'll see Very Happy

I didn't know orpingtons came in bantam size as well 'till I saw yours ~ they're lovely....one day......well you know the rest

Yea Orpingtons are very nice. We use to have them in large fowl in several colours.

I've just a gold laced one and she is really lovely and friendly and a possible buff ~ only possible because she wasn't sold to me as that, but she's certainly not what they said she was ...silkie x ~ I don't think so.

Cool. Gold Laced is another lovely new colour of Orpington and we had that colour too. They are very attractive Laughing

Ahh don't feel left out Knobby.
I like all orpingtons including Large Fowl. We have never had bantam Orpingtons but maybe I will start a new thread for favourite large fowl deadicated to you Knobby Laughing

I'd never even thought of keeping bantams till I saw a pic of pekins, now there's 7 of them between 4 and 7 weeks.
Any colour but white

Sad My 3 Pekins are white.......apart from the feet feathers which are now a nice shade of brown !
