I had a shock today when i went down to check the girls at lunch time, 3 lovely brown eggs weighing between 62 -69 g each, and a massive blue egg weighing a painful 109g and measuring over 3 inches Shocked i bet that took some laying Confused she has been laying about 3-4 a week but more the size of the other girls, i wonder if it will be a double yolk-er Dancing Dancing bless her she will have to have an extra special tea tonight blob2 blob3 blobl4 Cloud 9 blob2 blob3 blobl4

I recon she must think she is an emu yes Laughing i am quite hopeless at loading pictures, but i am going to have a good try to get a photo of this on here, it is really impressive, Wink

Sorry folks been having problems getting on here, the egg came home safe and sound,although the head teacher won't believe it is a chicken egg and insists it is from a duck, have taken pic's will ask hubby to get them on tonight, fingers crossed

Wow that is a whopper!! And doesn't it look so out of place in the egg box with the others? Smile

So when are you going to find out if it is double yolker?

That has been days of brain storming trying to get the pic's on here, not very good with technical stuff Embarassed .Seems a shame to crack it, but i think i may have it for my lunch tomorrow. Smile I am lucky with my girls they all lay good size eggs, but the lid won't shut on the egg box Surprised i am just so pleased i got the pic's on at last, did you see the weight Confused

Well don't forget to take a pic of that too!!!
I couldn't quite read the weight - but I think you said it was a massive 109 grammes???? My sums might be a bit off but isn't that over 4 oz????

Stephen?? Is there any chance of getting all the big egg pics together on one thread???
