Now that we have four eggs we can have one each
They weigh:-
1st - 32g,
2nd - 39g,
3rd - 59g
4th - 42g.
So she's not doing bad for a learner. We've had a couple of soft shells inbetween times which have unfortunately got squashed before we've been able to get to them.
I can't wait to eat our own home produced eggs Is it always going to be so thrilling or does it wear off in time? Only, I don't want it to wear off. |

Oh good I'm finding it amazing to go out to them when it's getting dark and they're all inside the house clucking about me leaving the door open too late and they want to go to bed! |

FABBILICIOUS!!!
Here they are (were!):-
and in the pan:-
Did you see that ? - A double yolker!
I know, I broke one of the yolks - that was her first egg and the shell was a bit delicate, anyway Jasmine likes the yolks broken so she claimed that one
Can't wait for some more now. |
