So she's not doing bad for a learner. We've had a couple of soft shells inbetween times which have unfortunately got squashed before we've been able to get to them. I can't wait to eat our own home produced eggs Is it always going to be so thrilling or does it wear off in time? Only, I don't want it to wear off. Already got neighbours ready for half a dozen each week! Oh, scrambled eggs for tea tonight! Here they are (were!):- and in the pan:- Did you see that ? - A double yolker! I know, I broke one of the yolks - that was her first egg and the shell was a bit delicate, anyway Jasmine likes the yolks broken so she claimed that one Can't wait for some more now.
