Is it ten medium? Our eggs range from titchy to ginormous. Sounds good recipe though. I'm off to have a go. By the way Knobby is a lovely, pleasantly spoken young man. I was very conscious of my black country twang when I met him though I'm sure that he's not the type to notice how a person speaks.
