My Shetland Cockerels will be for the pot soon. What should I do with them in the weeks leading up to this event?

I was also thinking of restricting them for a week, to increase the effect of more calories. It sounds so calous |

| I have also been told that if you take their water away for the three days prior and replace it with milk....that the fat is supposed to break down better and the meat is more tender. Sort of the same idea as veal. |
